Technical process
- Environment friendly agriculture
- Density: 4400 to 7000 plant per hectare
- Surface : 65 hectares
- Red grapes varieties: Pinot Noir, Shiraz, merlot, Cot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsault, Alicante and Grenache.
- White grapes varieties: Chardonnay, Mauzac, Sauvignon and Chenin.
- Two types of trimming are practiced: gobelet limouxin and Guyot
- The whole vineyard is mounted with espaliers apart from the Mauzac vine
- Natural grasses cover the land with a high respect of the environment
- The soils are maintained by regular ploughing
- Handmade work: pruning, tying up, thinning out of the leaves, and bunch thinning (green harvest)
- Mechanical work: Clippings
